Trapper Creek Lodge is home to the Trapper Creek Restaurant and Supper Club.

We take excellent dining seriously. Fresh, high-country air and invigorating outdoor activities will stimulate your appetite. And, your taste buds will always be richly rewarded. Nourishing western fare, served with gourmet finesse is one of the main reasons guests return week after week; year after year. If you wish, you can dine a la carte and enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner.

About the Chef: Robb Howe is a graduate of the well-regarded Colorado Institute of Art in Denver, with continuing education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone St. Helena. Prior to operating his own highly regarded restaurant (The Wagon Wheel) he worked for five years at our partner ranch (The Hideout) famous for its culinary pampering of guests. On some occasions, guests have the treat of having Robb team up with The Hideout’s current Le Cordon Blue chef, Chris Dalin. This A-team turns out exquisite meals, the likes of which guests talk about for days on end.

Art, Culinary Treats & More at Trapper Creek Lodge. Your stay with us might include an art show, a chocolate tasting and more. The Secrets of Shell LLC, the management of Trapper Creek Lodge, regularly arranges unique activities for guests to enjoy. These have included art shows, a chocolate tasting hosted by a top Belgian chocolate maker, guest chefs and more. You never know what surprise management may have in store next. We look for every reason to pamper and enhance our guests’ experience with us. For those wishing to make direct reservations to the restaurant, call Heather or Robb at 1-307-765-9900.

The fresh high-country air and invigorating outdoor activities will stimulate your appetite, and your taste buds will always be richly rewarded.
